We have friendly and caring staff who will provide you information, guide you through the registration process, advise you on graduation requirements and answer any questions that you might have!     • Mail Admissions Procedures:
      • Print and Fill out the application - Application for Admission (acrobat required)
      • Pay $25.00 application fee (non refundable)
      • Mail application
      • You will also need to send or have sent:
        • Official high school transcript or GED verification.
          • Be sure the transcript includes ACT or SAT scores - (if test has not been taken, arrange for the ASSET test with CEU Testing Office (435)-613-5325)
        • Any official transcripts from each college or university where you have credits
